Question 1:     Why is AffordableRent.ch not even MORE affordable than it is today?

Answer 1:     If AffordableRent.ch were to artificially shift the future rent price downwards any lower than it is today, it would risk being categorized as bankrupt rent instead of affordable. It would also likely cause AffordableRent.ch to not be able to continue to operate from the losses alone; thus in that situation actually making affordable rent no longer available to the public and therefore not affordable.

Question 2:     Yeah, but WHY IS RENT SO EXPENSIVE?

Answer 2:     Unfortunately, AffordableRent.ch has the current prices calculated based on the value of the USD and the M2 Money Stock plays a significant roll in the consumer's purchasing power (see ECONOMICS section for graphs). The total taxes imposed by the government and inflation both also play a significant roll in the rate increases. I'M NOT SAYING THAT YOUR MONEY IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING; HOWEVER IT HAS BE SIGNIFICANTLY DEVALUED OVER THE LAST 50 YEARS; WHICH LOWERS YOUR PURCHASING POWER.

For example, it is now so expensive just to keep the rental property in the expectations of the future tenants (WITH THE REDUCTION OF ECONOMIC PURCHASING POWER THROUGH THE MASS PRINTING OF THE USD MONEY SUPPLY) that AffordableRent.ch needs to ensure that prices are high enough to withstand the collapsing economy and repairs alone! Profits are one topic; however AffordableRent.ch has to AT LEAST reach a ZERO-PROFIT-BREAK-EVEN POINT WITHOUT any profits expected to begin until 2037 or beyond!


Question 3:     So how can you all help AffordableRent.ch maintain a lower or maybe even be able to lower the current prices?   

Answer 3:     By patriotic donations from the public! The owner of AffordableRent.ch has already put everything possible into AffordableRent.ch and it still isn't good enough, so the future tenants need the financial help (donations) of the public! Unfortunately, AffordableRent.ch does NOT expect any donations in such a crippled economy, so the current prices are sadly based off of the donations never arriving. Hopefully AffordableRent.ch is wrong and patriotic donations from the public do arrive; thus permitting the prices to decline without being bankrupt rent!
